Guy has over a decade of construction experience on the contractor side, in private property development and as a Professional Quantity Surveyor for a range of Commercial and Hospitality clients. He brings a background in
consultancy from Accenture, investment analysis from Hearthstone Investments, and was previously the founder-Director of an internet start-up.

Guy has an MSc in Quantity Surveying from LSBU, having previously studied at Oxford University graduating with a BA in PPP.
