The development is within a sensible commuting distance of an area of strong employment opportunity, with a particular preference for areas that allow good access to Cathedral Cities in the South of England. Proseed do not favour investing in developments which are located in prime central London.

Typically between £350 – £750 PSF (usually with a maximum of £1,000 PSF)

2nd legal charge, debenture and a personal guarantee
