Francesco Prelorenzo
Head of Investments
Francesco joined the Proseed team in 2019, and is responsible for assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and execution of new investments with a focus on fundraising and capital raising initiatives.
Francesco joined Proseed as a qualified Chartered Accountant, having been a manager at Deloitte LLP in the Private Markets division with a focus on servicing clients in the Real Estate Industry. Francesco achieved a B. Com (Hons) in Accounting Science at the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
Key Responsibilities for Proseed:
- Investment underwriting, due diligence, structuring and execution
- Monitoring on-going projects and managing their delivery
- Performing analysis and make recommendations on strategic and operational decisions affecting the portfolio and the business
