Development Manager
Andrew works as Proseed’s Development Manager and is responsible for project and cost management across Proseed’s varied residential portfolio. Andrew joined Proseed in 2022 from Gardiner & Theobald where he worked as a qualified RICS Quantity Surveyor on mixed-use, commercial and retail projects from inception through to completion. Andrew specialises in procurement and construction contract administration having procured and managed contracts ranging in value from £1m to £40m.
